Equipment Introduction

This equipment is designed for separating the cover glass from the functional film, and the functional film from the LCM liquid crystal module, in touch screens that require rework due to poor lamination or broken cover glass. It is an essential specialized device for capacitive touch screen repair. The working principle involves fixing the touch screen onto a fixture, softening the conductive adhesive by heating, and then using a motor-driven uniform motion to pull the two layers apart for screen separation. The temperature and speed are controlled by a PLC, making disassembly convenient and operation simple and intuitive. It is the most ideal equipment for the capacitive touch screen repair market.

The equipment is primarily controlled by a PLC and touch screen, allowing for adjustment of operating speed, temperature settings, equipment reset, and other actions and parameters. A 57-series stepper motor drives the lead screw and slider for uniform motion, controlling the separation mechanism to lift the screen. A vacuum pump performs the screen-holding action during operation, ensuring smooth and stable detachment of the screen.
